Environments are defined in Terraform, Bicep, and ARM so a multi-tenant environment can be rebuilt from source in under 15 minutes.

OIDC federated authentication, environment gating, and managed secrets are part of the pipeline, not a review step bolted on at the end.
I own the standard and the incident
I am the technical owner for platform standards, and I lead response and root-cause analysis when production breaks, across network path, firewall, DNS, and application layers.
